Explosion and fire at Ali Koç's house
A fire that broke out following an explosion at midnight at a vineyard house belonging to Ali Koç in the Efeler district of Aydın has rendered the house unusable. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
In the Umurlu neighborhood of the Efeler district, an explosion occurred for reasons yet to be determined during the night at a vineyard house stated to belong to Ali Koç. The fire that broke out following the explosion spread rapidly due to the wind.
Upon neighbors reporting the situation to the authorities, fire, medical, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The fire was brought under control and extinguished through the intervention of the fire department, but the house sustained significant damage and was rendered unusable.
It was learned that no one was in the house at the time of the incident and that the owners were out. Gendarmerie teams have initiated a detailed investigation to determine the cause of the explosion and the fire.
