New developments are emerging in the case of fugitive Eylem Tok, which shook Turkey's agenda.

Timur Cihantimur, who caused the death of Oğuz Murat Aci with the luxury Porsche he was driving without a license and at excessive speed, was quickly taken abroad by his mother Eylem Tok after the crash, first to Egypt and then to the U.S.

Regarding the nine friends who were with Timur Cihantimur on the day of the incident and against whom no action was taken, the late Murat Aci's father Özer Aci and the family's lawyer Hacı Orhan had used the words "They have powerful fathers".

THE IDENTITY OF ANOTHER CHILD HAS BEEN REVEALED

Finally, the identity of another child who was at the scene of the crash has emerged.

According to information obtained and documented by 12punto, P.T.E., one of the nine children, turned out to be the grandson of the late Tarhan Erdem, former General Secretary of the Republican People's Party, former Minister of Industry and Technology, 16th-term Istanbul deputy, and founder of the KONDA Research and Consultancy Center.

FATHER AYDIN ERDEM: A LITTLE UNFAIR TO THE CHILDREN

Speaking to 12punto about the incident, father Aydın Erdem said, "There is an accident. As can be seen in their statements, there is no dramatic situation in which they acted wrongly. Their statements were taken twice. My son was asleep at the time of the accident. Including the names of the children and families in this report does not take the story beyond making it a little more interesting. In the end, this is a little unfair to children who are not yet over 18, half children, half young people, half adults," he said.

GRIEVING FATHER REACTED TO AYDIN ERDEM'S WORDS

After reading Aydın Erdem's remarks, grieving father Özer Aci called 12punto and reacted angrily.

Aci directed the following questions at Erdem:

"I have a 4-year-old child who, 40 days later, when he learns that his uncle died, grabs his father's collar and asks, 'Why didn't you call 112 and save my uncle?' A child who goes to preschool can think of this. Can 16-17-year-old children not think to call an ambulance as much as this child can? Why didn't they call 112 instead of calling their mothers? Was it easier to pile into the Volvo and flee? Let them prove they called 112."
