Failure to include Atatürk in August 30 post drew major backlash: New post from the General Directorate of Security!

The August 30 Great Offensive Victory post shared on the social media account of the General Directorate of Security had drawn major backlash.

While the name of the founder of the Republic of Turkey, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was not even mentioned in the post, it was observed that Atatürk had been removed from the famous photo at Afyon Kocatepe in the image prepared.

Following the controversial post, the General Directorate of Security deleted the previous post and, in its new post for August 30, included the founder of the Republic of Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
