Family and Population Circular published
The Family and Population Circular has been published; the last week of May will be celebrated as 'National Family Week'.
Within the scope of the circular, marriage and the multi-child family structure will be supported. Measures encouraging a return to villages will be implemented.
The Family and Population Decade Circular has entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette with the signature of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, in a post on her social media account regarding the circular, stated: "Our Family and Population Decade Circular has entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette with the signature of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
We are setting forth a strong roadmap that protects our family structure, supports our youth, and addresses our population policies with a long-term vision.
I express my gratitude to our President on behalf of our nation for this important step that guides our goal of a strong family and a strong society.
In the Family and Population Decade, we will continue with determination to stand by every member of our great Turkey family. May it be auspicious."
