Famous comedian arrested for drug dealing: 760 grams of substance found in home
Comedian Selin Dilmaç was arrested and sent to prison after approximately 760 grams of narcotics were discovered during a raid on her home.
Police teams raided the home of comedian Selin Dilmaç on suspicion of drug trafficking. After 759.32 grams of narcotics were seized in the home, police took Dilmaç into custody. Following processing at the police station, she was referred to a judge on charges of selling narcotics and was subsequently ordered to be detained.
Teams from the Kadıköy District Police Department became suspicious of two individuals meeting at the intersection of Alikalfa Street and Hayrullah Efendi Street in the Rasimpaşa neighborhood and began following them. It was revealed that one of the individuals identified by police as being involved in drug trafficking was 29-year-old comedian Selin Dilmaç. Narcotics ready for sale were found on Dilmaç's person.
Teams searching Dilmaç's home seized 759.32 grams of narcotics and a sum of money believed to be proceeds of crime. Dilmaç, who was taken into custody by police, was referred to the courthouse following her processing at the police station and was arrested by the judge on duty.
