In the tragedy in Istanbul's Fatih district that claimed the lives of a mother and her two children due to suspected food poisoning, the father, who was receiving treatment in intensive care, has also passed away.
Following the deaths of the mother and her two children from the Böcek family in Istanbul due to suspected 'food poisoning', father Servet Böcek had been taken into intensive care.
Provincial Health Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Emre Güner stated in his announcement that father Servet Böcek has passed away.
Güner said, "Following the loss of our two children and their mother from the Böcek family, who were taken to the hospital after falling ill in Fatih, father Servet Böcek has also passed away despite all interventions.
I wish God's mercy upon the deceased family members and offer my condolences to their relatives. Our investigation into the incident is being conducted meticulously."
