Fatih Eryılmaz brings it to the agenda, Cübbeli Ahmet warns: 'IBDA-C terrorist organization has been activated'

Retired Police Chief Fatih Eryılmaz, who serves as the Chief Advisor to the Chairman of the Victory Party (Zafer Partisi), has issued warnings regarding the IBDA-C terrorist organization.

Fatih Eryılmaz, a July 15 veteran and a retired police chief who was targeted by FETÖ, said the following in a video titled "I am warning" that he published on social media:

"Those who want internal turmoil in our country continue to lay the groundwork. Some are playing with the nerves of the Turkish nation by supporting radical terrorist organizations. As far as I have observed, the IBDA-C terrorist organization has been activated over the last year, especially in the last 6 months. The signs I can see indicate that this activity is larger than IBDA-C's own internal dynamics. Any movement larger than its own sphere of influence and scope points to outside support. One must think of preventive and protective measures before disaster strikes; there is no benefit in lamenting after it happens. I am warning the relevant authorities and the noble Turkish nation."

CÜBBELİ AHMET ALSO WARNED

Following the warning from retired Police Chief Fatih Eryılmaz, a warning regarding the IBDA-C terrorist organization also came from Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü, known as Cübbeli Ahmet Hoca.

Claiming that international powers are publishing reports and that a plan for a civil war in Turkey is visible, Ünlü stated, "May God cancel whatever terrorist organizations like IBDA-C and others, or structures that pose as religious or nationalist, are preparing for in terms of causing sedition, pitting the nation against each other, and harming people's property and lives, while remaining under the influence of foreign powers."

What is this IBDA-C organization

The "Islamic Great Eastern Raiders' Front" (IBDA/C) was one of the most talked-about structures of a certain period.

They were considered illegal. Investigations and lawsuits were opened against members belonging to this group.

It was alleged that they had a hand in various acts of violence.

Their leader, Salih Mirzabeyoğlu, was arrested once again in 1998 and tried for the death penalty. He was released in 2014 after serving 16 years in prison.

In his retrial, he was acquitted in 2016 of the case for which he had previously received a life sentence and served years in prison.

He passed away 4 years after being released from prison due to health reasons.

The lists of terrorist persons, groups, and institutions were updated by the Council of the European Union with the EU Council Common Position and Decision dated June 15, 2009, regarding the fight against terrorism. The IBDA-C was included in the list as a terrorist organization.
