Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya and her husband İlyas Kaya had arrived at the Istanbul Courthouse to give statements as suspects within the scope of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Investigation Bureau for Money Laundering Crimes.
The Kaya couple went to the prosecutor's office at the courthouse and gave their statements as suspects.
It was learned that the Kaya couple left the courthouse after their statement procedures were completed.
It was also stated that the Capital Markets Board (SPK) is expected to file a criminal complaint against the relevant parties within the scope of the Capital Markets Law as part of the investigation.
