February 28 case adjourned
The hearing for the February 28 case was held today (Monday, May 6). The case has been adjourned until September 9.
Following the Supreme Court of Appeals' reversal of the verdict against them, the retrial of 16 defendants within the scope of the February 28 case continued at the Ankara 5th High Criminal Court.
The court decided to adjourn the case until September 9.
While the court granted the defense attorneys time until the next hearing to submit statements regarding the Council of Forensic Medicine (ATK) report, it rejected the requests to summon Deniz Ay, Gökhan Eski, and Tamer Tatar as defense evidence, citing that they would not contribute to the case file, and adjourned the next hearing to September 9 at 10:30 AM.
