Due to adverse weather conditions, education has been suspended today for students using busing services in the Hadim and Güneysınır districts of Konya.
The statement issued by the Konya Governor's Office included the following remarks;
"As a preventive measure to avoid potential disruptions in transportation and to mitigate risks and negative outcomes, education has been suspended today for students using busing services in primary and secondary schools in the Hadim and Güneysınır districts."
ARE SCHOOLS CLOSED IN NEVŞEHİR?
Due to snowfall across the province of Nevşehir, busing-based education has been suspended today.
In a written statement from the Governor's Office, it was noted that snowfall and adverse weather conditions are affecting the entire province.
The statement included the following remarks;
"Education has been suspended for one day on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, for primary, secondary, and special education students who access our schools from our villages and towns via busing services."
SCHOOLS CLOSED IN 2 DISTRICTS OF GİRESUN
Education has been suspended for one day in all schools in the Alucra district of Giresun, and in schools utilizing busing services in the Şebinkarahisar district.
In a statement from the Alucra District Governorship, it was noted that education has been suspended at all grade levels due to the risk of heavy snow and icing.
It was also noted that in Şebinkarahisar, education has been suspended today for schools within the scope of busing services due to snow, frost, and icing.
