Ferman Toprak taken into custody
Singer Ferman Toprak, who was having his 5-story villa in Beykoz, Istanbul, renovated, has been taken into custody on allegations that he assaulted workers with the handle of a gun when they asked for their payment.

Singer Ferman Toprak had agreed to pay 1.5 million TL for renovations at his villa in Beykoz. It is alleged that when the workers asked for their money today, Toprak told them he would not pay.
RELEASED AFTER GIVING STATEMENT
According to Show Haber, the singer allegedly drew his gun and assaulted the workers with the handle of the weapon. Ferman Toprak, who was taken into custody following a report by the workers, was taken to the Beykoz Paşabahçe Police Station. Toprak was released after his statement was taken.
It was learned that the assaulted worker, Abdullah Taşçı, said, "We asked for our money. He said, 'I am the prosecutor, I am the judge.' Then he attacked us with the handle of the gun."
