Fikret Orman and Burak Elmas's testimonies revealed: 'Completely imaginary'

Fikret Orman, who gave his statement to the prosecutor, stated that he has always prioritized a healthy lifestyle and has never used drugs or stimulants in any period of his life, saying, "I have prioritized a healthy lifestyle throughout my life and have never used drugs or stimulants at any point in my life. I can even say I have never seen them. I provided hair, blood, and urine samples to the Council of Forensic Medicine. I am confident that these test results will also come back negative."

QUESTIONS REGARDING TESTIMONIES AGAINST HIM

During the interrogation, the testimony of a person named G.C. was presented to him. In the individual's statement, they claimed, "I used to hear from women around me that a person named Fikret Orman used drugs. A person named Onur Yükçü would tell the women. In one conversation, Onur Yükçü told the women that Fikret Orman used drugs at his home in Acarkent with Güzüde Duran."

When asked for his response to this statement, Orman said the following regarding the allegation:

First of all, I have never had a house in Acarkent in any period of my life. I have been living at the address I mentioned above for approximately 30 years. Even this fact shows that the statement against me is a product of imagination. I do not know who the person named Onur YÜKÇÜ mentioned in the statement is. I have never met such a person in any period of my life. I have no idea who the person named G.C. is. I have been with Güzüde DURAN since May 2021. During this time, I have not seen her use any drugs or stimulants either. On the contrary, we both prioritize a healthy lifestyle.

The prosecution also asked Fikret Orman about the statement of a person named A.A.

In their statement regarding Orman, this person said, "I met the person named Fikret ORMAN through Gülşah Rojin DEMİR. Gülşah Rojin DEMİR made money through me. We met with Fikret ORMAN at Gülşah Rojin DEMİR's house in Nişantaşı. When I went to the house, there were Gülşah Rojin DEMİR, Fikret ORMAN, Fatma ERGÜN, and two other girls whose names I cannot remember. Fikret ORMAN used cocaine in my presence. Gülşah Rojin DEMİR also used the cocaine that Fikret ORMAN used. Fikret ORMAN entered the room with Fatma ERGÜN, but he wanted us to join the sexual act as well, so we entered the room. We helped Fatma ERGÜN. Fikret ORMAN had forbidden us from using phones during this sexual act. (I think it was in 2022. When our phone signals and interpersonal cell tower overlaps are examined, my statement will be proven correct.) After this act, Fatma ERGÜN fainted because she consumed too much of the drugs Fikret ORMAN used. (We saw Fatma ERGÜN fainted by the water packs in front of the refrigerator. Gülşah Rojin DEMİR intervened. During these events, Fikret ORMAN had left the house because his sexual act was finished. In fact, after this incident, Fatma ERGÜN stayed at Gönül's for a few days.) Fikret ORMAN and Gülşah Rojin DEMİR are close friends, and Gülşah Rojin DEMİR made money."

"I DO NOT KNOW ANY OF THE PEOPLE MENTIONED"

Fikret Orman stated that he does not know the people mentioned in this testimony and said:

"I do not know any of the people mentioned above. An event as described absolutely did not take place. I am hearing the names of the people mentioned in the statement, including the person named Gülşah Rojin DEMİR, for the first time from you here. I have never known these people in any period of my life. I have no phone contact with them. It is stated in the content of the statement that I used cocaine. However, as I mentioned above, I provided the necessary tests to the Council of Forensic Medicine. When the test results come out, it will be revealed that these described statements and events are a product of imagination."

"COMPLETELY IMAGINARY"

I believe that the statements made against me are completely imaginary and that this is a character assassination attempt against me. Although I do not know who the people making statements against me are, they may have made such false statements for their own interests or for other purposes. I have never used drugs or stimulants in any period of my life. In fact, as I mentioned above, I have never seen them, and no one has used them in my presence. I prioritize a healthy lifestyle. I have been involved in sports. I have also served as president for years.

"I CONTINUED MY CHILDREN'S EDUCATION IN TURKEY SO THEY WOULD NOT GET INVOLVED IN BAD HABITS"

I have production facilities and various workplaces in Tekirdağ Çorlu, Bursa, Aksaray, Gemlik, Bodrum, and Konya in Turkey. I also have production facilities and various companies abroad because I am an industrialist in Mexico, England, and India. Therefore, I have a very busy business life. Because of this, I travel a lot. For example, I went to my workplaces in Mexico and returned to Turkey via the USA on Monday. I am a father of 2 children. Even though my financial situation allowed it, I continued my children's entire education life in Turkey so that they would not get involved in bad habits like drugs, etc.

Finally, both of them graduated from Koç University. I am 58 years old. I have never had a life as described in the statements above. Outside of business life, I only spend time with my family. During the detention process, when the police came to my house, I shared my phone and its password of my own free will to assist them. The point I want to draw attention to here is that I have no situation that is contrary to morality or law that I would hide from anyone."

BURAK ELMAS RESPONDED TO WITNESS STATEMENTS

The details of the prosecution testimony of former Galatasaray President Burak Elmas, one of the 14 names detained in a midnight operation as part of the same investigation, have also been revealed.

Elmas was also asked about the March 4th testimony of the witness D.A. against him.

In the statement in question, the witness said, "The businessman named Burak ELMAS organizes parties where drugs are used and organizes prostitution parties. I attended the parties organized by this person twice. This situation took place at a house in Etiler. Burak Elmas used cocaine like crazy in my presence. There were about 7-8 girls and Burak ELMAS in the house. I don't know who brought the drugs. Burak ELMAS had sexual intercourse with several different women. A mediator named Derya invited me here. He distributed the money to everyone in cash. I clearly saw that the drug cocaine was used."

"THE ALLEGATIONS ARE BASELESS"

Stating that he does not accept the statement against him, Elmas said, "The drug and prostitution allegation is baseless. I do not know the person named Derya. I do not accept the accusation. This is all I have to say regarding the statement. I am very surprised by such a statement; I absolutely reject the accusations and the people I do not know."
