Financial investigation at Adalar Municipality: 24 zoning files under scrutiny

According to information obtained, as part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Financial Crimes Bureau teams affiliated with the Istanbul Police Department have initiated an inspection process at Adalar Municipality. It was learned that the focus of the operation is on certain zoning procedures and business opening licenses carried out within the municipality in the past period.

24 zoning files under technical review

The inspection and document scanning work by the Financial Crimes Bureau teams at the municipal building is ongoing. It was noted that a total of 24 zoning files and 6 business opening license files belonging to the municipality are being examined in detail as part of the investigation, and technical reviews are being conducted by expert teams on past transactions.

While the teams' document scanning work continues, it was stated that the course of the investigation will become clear based on the results of the inspections.
