Fine imposed on individual walking a pitbull without a leash
In the İncirliova district of Aydın, an individual who was walking a pitbull dog unleashed and without a muzzle was issued a total administrative fine of 33,399 TL.
According to the information obtained, teams from the Aydın Provincial Gendarmerie Command took action following a report that an individual was walking a pitbull dog in a dangerous manner in the Sınırteke neighborhood of Aydın's İncirliova district, and stopped the individual.
During the inquiry, it was determined that the individual, identified as F.A., was walking the dog unleashed, without a muzzle, and unattended.
While an administrative fine of 33,399 TL was imposed on the individual within the framework of the Animal Protection Law No. 5199, the pitbull dog was handed over to the relevant municipal teams after necessary safety precautions were taken.
