Determining that the documents were incomplete, the police issued a fine. Angered by this, Muhammed P. set fire to his vehicle and himself.
Police teams intervened immediately to prevent the driver from being harmed and extinguished the burning vehicle. Following the incident, Muhammed P. was taken into custody. The teams have launched an investigation into the details of the incident and the driver's medical treatment.
