Fire at a paint factory in Bursa extinguished

A fire broke out at a factory in the Kestel district of Bursa.

According to the information received, a fire started at a dye house in Erdoğan Neighborhood around 21:30. As the fire grew in a short time, explosions occurred from time to time.

Numerous fire crews from Kestel, Gürsu, and İnegöl, affiliated with the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department, as well as AFAD teams, were dispatched to the region. While the teams were intervening in the fire, it was reported that there were no injuries or loss of life.

It was stated that the possibility of evacuating Erdoğanköy was on the agenda due to the burning of solvent chemicals in the dye house.
