Fire at toy factory in Kırklareli: Firefighting efforts continue
A fire broke out around noon at the Pilsan Toy factory in the Büyükkarıştıran town of Kırklareli's Lüleburgaz district, prompting the dispatch of reinforcement firefighting teams from surrounding districts. As flames quickly engulfed the factory, crews are working intensely to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby structures.
A fire broke out for reasons yet to be determined around noon at the Pilsan Toy factory located in the town of Büyükkarıştıran.
Upon notification, numerous firefighting, AFAD, medical, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the region.
As the flames spread to the factory's production and administrative areas, numerous firefighting teams were sent to the region from surrounding provinces and Istanbul.
While roof collapses occurred in some sections of the factory, it was observed that batteries inside were also exploding from time to time.
Kırklareli Governor Uğur Turan and Lüleburgaz District Governor Salih Yüce arrived at the scene to receive information from officials.
The teams' intervention in the fire continues.
