A fire that broke out in a crude oil pool in the Eğil district of Diyarbakır was extinguished before it could spread, thanks to the rapid intervention of firefighting teams.
A fire of unknown origin broke out in a crude oil pool located in the Kalkan neighborhood of Eğil. Upon reports from bystanders, numerous firefighting teams were dispatched to the scene. Thanks to the timely intervention of the teams, the flames were brought under control before they could spread and were completely extinguished in a short time.
While there were no casualties or injuries in the incident, an investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire. Authorities stated that security measures will be increased to prevent similar situations.
