Businessman Ali Koç, who has been away from the public eye for a long time, was spotted at the 19th Turkey Investment Conference held in New York by the Turkey-US Business Council (TAİK) under the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK).

It was stated that Koç came to New York for the program held within the scope of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly week. Koç will take part in a special roundtable meeting that AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will also attend.

TURKISH AND US BUSINESS PEOPLE TO MEET

The meeting to be held within the scope of the conference will bring together high-level names from the Turkish and American business worlds, as well as executives from Fortune 100 companies.

It is planned to discuss various topics in line with the goal of increasing the trade volume between Turkey and the US to 100 billion dollars.

INVESTMENT AGENDA IN STRATEGIC SECTORS

The agenda of the meeting includes investment opportunities in strategic sectors, primarily energy, technology, finance, aviation, and automotive. It is stated that new cooperation opportunities aimed at developing economic relations between the two countries will also be discussed.
