First statement from AKP regarding the attack on journalist Yunus Paksoy by a FETÖ member!

AKP Spokesperson and Deputy Chairman Ömer Çelik issued a get-well message for CNN Türk US Representative Yunus Paksoy, who was attacked while reporting in front of the organization's center in Pennsylvania, USA, where FETÖ ringleader Fetullah Gülen resides.

In a post on his social media account, Çelik used the following expressions:

"We convey our best wishes for a speedy recovery to CNN Türk US Representative Yunus Paksoy, who was attacked by a member of the FETÖ terrorist organization while performing his journalistic duties. We condemn this attack. We will follow the legal processes to be carried out against the person who committed this ugly attack and those who incited it."
