First statement from Gürsel Tekin, who requested access to accounts!

It has been stated that Gürsel Tekin, who was appointed as a trustee to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency as a precautionary measure, has filed an application to obtain authorization to access the Provincial Presidency's bank accounts.

It was reported that Akbank has sent this request, submitted by Tekin, to the Istanbul 45th Civil Court of First Instance for evaluation.

FIRST STATEMENT FROM GÜRSEL TEKİN

Gürsel Tekin noted the following in a statement he made regarding the matter on his X account:

"The documents, fixtures, and account information that were supposed to be handed over to us two months ago as the Call Committee have still not been delivered, despite all our good-faith efforts.

We have repeatedly attempted communication and reconciliation paths to ensure the process does not drag on and that our party does not suffer institutional harm. However, since we could not achieve results, we have taken the legally necessary step and made official information requests to banks and relevant institutions.

This process is being conducted entirely within a legal framework and in a transparent manner.

However, the efforts of some media outlets to distort this situation and turn it into a 'perception operation' do not reflect the truth.

Our only goal is to protect our party's assets, documents, and records, to take delivery of them in accordance with the law, and to ensure the process proceeds healthily.
