First statement from Somer Sivrioğlu following detention order

First statement from Somer Sivrioğlu following detention order

In a drug investigation launched by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office that has caused a major stir in the public eye, the names of many figures from the art and media worlds have been mentioned. Police teams have initiated detention procedures for 14 people, including Somer Sivrioğlu.

In the file prepared by the prosecutor's office, the focus of this investigation, launched in light of the evidence obtained, involves allegations regarding the use and distribution of drugs by popular figures. It was stated that some of the individuals named in the investigation have not yet been reached.

It emerged that the well-known chef Somer Sivrioğlu had been in Australia for some time when the police launched the operation. After the decision regarding him reached him, the famous chef shared a message via his social media account to provide information about the process.

Stating that he has been in Australia for business for about three months and has been summoned to give a statement, Sivrioğlu made the following statement:

"As of this morning, I have been invited to provide my statement within the scope of an ongoing investigation. I learned of the situation while in Australia, and I have purchased my return ticket and am setting out to come to our country."

The other individuals included in the detention list within the scope of the investigation were announced as Hafsanur Sancaktutan, Emir Can İğrek, Serra Pirinç, Ogün Alibaş, Utku Ünsal, Sinem Özenç Ünsal, Elif Büşra Pekin, Ahsen Eroğlu, Burak Deniz, Mert Demir, Emre (Fel) Öztürk, Ender Eroğlu, and Enes Güler.

According to information obtained from police sources, it was stated that Somer Sivrioğlu, along with Sinem Özenç Ünsal and Ahsen Eroğlu, have not yet been taken into custody.
