The family of 16-year-old Ayça Karahanoğlu, who left her home in Istanbul's Üsküdar district to visit her grandmother, is pleading for their daughter to be found.

16-year-old Ayça Karahanoğlu, who lives in the Selami Ali neighborhood of Üsküdar, left home around 16:00 on Friday, August 30, to go to her grandmother's house. The family, who has not heard from their daughter since then, went to the police to file a missing person report.

The family, who has not received any news from Ayça for 7 days, wants their daughter to be found.

"I WANT MY CHILD TO BE FOUND, DEAD OR ALIVE"

Speaking about the matter, Ayça's mother, Aylin Karahanoğlu, said, "My daughter was at home on Friday. She left saying she was going to her grandmother's. That was the last time, I haven't been able to get any news since. It has been exactly 7 days. I cannot get any news, I am in a very bad state. I want news of my child. I want her to be found, dead or alive." 

Ayça's grandmother, Emel Karahanoğlu, said, "I also want to call out to my granddaughter from here. For the sake of God, if anyone has seen or heard anything, please let us know. We are devastated, we haven't received any news for 7 days. We are very worried about whether she is dead or alive. If anyone has seen or heard anything, for the sake of God, please report it. Ayça, where are you? Give us some news, call us," she said.
