Footage of Hakkı Alkan 'throwing a flowerpot' at his employee emerges: 'I obtained a medical report for assault'

The name of publisher Hakkı Alkan, the founder of Shiftdelete, is being linked to accusations of assaulting an employee.

In a video published on social media, Alkan is seen angrily throwing a flowerpot at his employee, while the same employee's statements on social media have also brought allegations of 'mobbing' to the fore.

A user named Samet Jankovic stated that the matter has been taken to the judiciary. In the footage, Hakkı Alkan is seen shouting at his employee and subsequently throwing a small flowerpot that was in front of him.

The same employee also shared the process he went through and other allegations reflected in the judiciary on X.

Hakkı Alkan published an apology text on social media, claiming that he threw a branch.

The person who claims to have been assaulted, using the username Samet Jankovic, also recounted what happened on X and said that the matter has been taken to the judiciary.

Touching upon the grievances he experienced during the process, @jankovicsamet stated, 'None of the overtime I worked in 4 years was paid to me or my friends. Just the other day, the raise I was promised was canceled. I won't even mention the mobbing part. I am talking about an institution where insults and threats fly around. I wish I didn't have to make this post about a place I put effort into. He just published an apology message a moment ago. He refers to the thing he threw at my face as a branch.'

Stating that many people besides himself have experienced similar problems, @jankovicsamet said that the matter has been taken to court and that he has obtained a medical report for assault.
