Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan evaluated the latest situation in Syria with his American counterpart Blinken.
Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated in a phone call with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken that Turkey will never allow terrorist organizations to take advantage of the situation in Syria.
According to information obtained from Ministry of Foreign Affairs sources, Fidan spoke with Blinken over the phone.
The latest developments in Syria were discussed during the call.
Minister Fidan emphasized to his counterpart Blinken the importance of Syria's territorial integrity and political unity, stating that Turkey will never allow terrorist organizations to take advantage of the situation in Syria.
Noting that it is important for the international community to support the Syrian people for the reconstruction of infrastructure that has been neglected for years, Fidan expressed that efforts must also be made to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid to Syria.
