In a statement made on the social media account of the Construction and Building Workers Union, the following expressions were included:
"A protest was carried out with chants of 'management resign' due to foreign objects found in the food provided to our fellow workers at the Istanbul Fikirtepe urban transformation construction site.
We do not accept nutritional conditions that are contrary to human dignity.
Kuzu Grup, which tries to condemn construction workers to conditions of slavery, must immediately provide nutritional conditions worthy of human dignity.
Our union management and our fellow workers who are members of our union at the construction site will follow up on the matter."
