HE WAS ARRESTED IN 2021
Baykal was arrested in 2021 as part of an investigation conducted by the Küçükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the Erkan Karaarslan criminal organization.
Baykal, who remained in custody for a period, was released in 2023.
