Former HDP deputy Hüda Kaya has announced that she will be entering prison.
Hüda Kaya, a former deputy for the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), will enter prison due to an arrest warrant issued against her. Kaya's lawyer, Zilan Leventoğlu, stated in a post on the social media platform X that Kaya was tried on charges of having a phone in her bag while visiting her son at Çanakkale Prison in 2022.

Sharing Leventoğlu's statement on her own social media account, Hüda Kaya informed her followers of the situation by saying, "I have to surrender within ten days!"
