According to a report by Yunus Emre Kavak from Sabah, former Miss Turkey Banu Öztürk was detained under the instructions of the Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for allegedly insulting President Erdoğan on her social media account. It was stated that processing at the police station is ongoing. It was reported that Öztürk will be referred to the courthouse following her police procedures.
