Reaction from former YARSAV President Eminağaoğlu to Bahçeli, who targeted the Constitutional Court President: 'Shame on you!'

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, in his speech at his party's group meeting, defended the Court of Cassation and targeted the Constitutional Court.

'TERRORIST' IMPLICATION TOWARD THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT PRESIDENT

Bahçeli, who made a 'terrorist' implication toward Constitutional Court President Zühtü Arslan, stated: "What are the true intentions and thoughts that the Constitutional Court President is mumbling under his breath? We believe the Constitutional Court President has clearly overstepped his bounds. Do not meddle with the Turkish state; if you have the courage, go to Qandil. The court president has lost his objectivity and has taken a stance against national unity and brotherhood. Two options emerge: The Constitutional Court must either be closed or restructured."

REACTION FROM EMINAĞAOĞLU: SHAME ON YOU!

Former YARSAV President Ömer Faruk Eminağaoğlu reacted to Bahçeli's remarks regarding the Constitutional Court and its president.

Sharing Bahçeli's speech on his X account, Eminağaoğlu stated: "Shame on you! For using democracy as a tool."

Inviting public prosecutors to take action, Eminağaoğlu included the following remarks in his post:

"Look at what he said to the Constitutional Court President... The rhetoric of a political party leader goes beyond hate and malice; it is targeting and threatening... Shame on you! For using democracy as a tool! If public prosecutors ignore these words..."
