Famous model Ebru Şallı's husband, Uğur Akkuş, has been the subject of numerous fraud and debt lawsuits and currently has an arrest warrant issued against him. In one of the cases involving Uğur Akkuş, who is currently abroad, the matter reached Ebru Şallı.

Zeynep K. was hired on June 11, 2020, to provide psychological counseling to children at AS Perakendecilik Mağazacılık Sat. Tic. AŞ, a company in which Uğur Akkuş is a partner. In April 2021, Zeynep K.'s employment was terminated. However, Zeynep K. was not paid.

Following this, Zeynep K. applied to the court. The Istanbul 10th Labor Court found in favor of Zeynep K. and ruled against Uğur Akkuş.

After this decision, Zeynep K. applied to the Izmir Karşıyaka 4th Enforcement Office. Interesting developments occurred after this process. Zeynep K. went to seize assets from AS Perakendecilik Mağazacılık Sat. Tic. AŞ, the company where she was hired, for her 73 thousand lira claim. However, since all companies belonging to Uğur Akkuş are in debt, this money could not be collected.

SEIZURE ON EBRU ŞALLI'S ACCOUNTS

Because all of Uğur Akkuş's companies were in debt, the money could not be collected. However, he was continuing his business on the other hand. Realizing that she could not get her money through these companies, Zeynep K. applied for a seizure on the bank accounts and real estate of Uğur Akkuş's wife, Ebru Şallı. Following this seizure process, Uğur Akkuş immediately deposited the money to Zeynep K.
