Frightening warning from earthquake expert: 'The worst-case scenario...'

Regarding the 6.2 magnitude earthquake expected in the Silivri region in 2025,Evaluatingthe earthquake in the region as a part of this process,Bektaş pointed out thatfault segments in the Central Marmara and ÇınarcıkBasins that have not yet accumulated sufficient stress pose a potential danger, he noted.
