A secret witness pointed out that Kenan Tekdağ took Ela Rümeysa Cebeci with him during his contacts with certain bureaucrats and high-level members of the judiciary.
According to the witness, Tekdağ then engaged in sexual relations with these individuals. It was alleged that following this relationship, in exchange for the benefit Cebeci provided to Tekdağ, Kenan Tekdağ promoted Cebeci's position at Habertürk.
