Arrested Ümit Karan's court testimony revealed! 'I have a nightlife, but...'

An arrest warrant was issued for 13 people, including former footballer Ümit Karan, in a drug investigation targeting famous names.

The court decided to arrest Ümit Karan, Timuçin Ünal, Ahmet Şaşmaz, Deniz Berk Cengiz, Emre Yalçın, Gökhan Gümüş, Gökmen Gürdeğir, Melis Sabah, Nuray İstek, Emircan Şahin, Murat Dönmez, Orhan Aydın, and Hakan Tunçbilek, who were taken into custody as part of the operation.

ÜMİT KARAN’S TESTIMONY IN COURT

The testimony given by the arrested former footballer Ümit Karan before the judge has emerged.

While acknowledging that he has an active social nightlife, Karan stated that he does not use drugs.

“MY FRIENDS OF 20 YEARS SUDDENLY BECAME MY DRUG DEALERS"

Karan used the following expressions;

“My friends of 20 years suddenly became my drug dealers, and I am here based on the statements of Ş., whom I dated for about 2 months in the past.

She is likely making statements against me to clear her own name.

I have a nightlife, but I do not accept drugs; no one has the right to destroy other people's homes."

It should not be this easy for a person to destroy the lives of 5 people just to save themselves.”
