Built illegally by Menzil: That holiday village has been completely demolished
In the Karasu district of Sakarya, a holiday village belonging to the Menzil community, which was built illegally by court order, was demolished in an operation carried out at dawn.
A demolition order was issued by the court for the holiday village built illegally by the Menzil community on the Denizköy coast in the Karasu district of Sakarya.
In accordance with the decision, Karasu Municipality teams, supported by the gendarmerie, carried out an operation in the area at 04:00 in the morning.
THE HOLIDAY VILLAGE WAS COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED
The teams climbed over the walls surrounding the holiday village to enter. During the work, which also involved heavy machinery, the holiday village, which included 34 single-story houses, 1 social facility, and courtyards, was completely demolished.
As a result of the operation, which lasted approximately three hours, the illegal structures were completely removed.
Karasu Municipality officials stated that they acted following the court decision and that they would continue to fight against illegal structures in the region.
