Stating that their primary goal is to maintain the current actuarial balance, the Minister used the following expressions:

"We are currently in the midst of efforts and work on how we can ensure the current actuarial balance, how we can pay our retirees' pensions regularly, and how we can make healthcare services sustainable."

In this arrangement, it is essential to fulfill both the retirement age and the number of premium days in a phased manner, rather than just one of these criteria.
