TÖBSEN Central Executive Board member Serkan Bebek reacted to the scandalous footage on his social media account.
Bebek stated, "While New Year's celebrations are being banned, is it permitted to give children weapons and dress them like ISIS? Which national and cultural value does this performance align with?"
