Sharing photos with her father, Nehir Zeyrek added the following note to her post:

'My father, happy Father's Day... The most gentle-souled, kind-hearted father in the world...

Right now, perhaps we would have gone to my grandfather's grave together, then stopped by to see my grandmother and had coffee... Or maybe we would have had a meal together, and then I would have hugged you tight. I miss you so much, Dad...

Already, so many things have piled up inside me that I wanted to tell you but couldn't... Every time, a different ache remains in my heart. You know, I can't get used to something like this.

You used to always say, 'How will I send you to university, I can't do it without you,' didn't you... Well, how will I manage without you, Dad?

You are constantly on my mind.
