Erden Timur's monthly income revealed

Twenty-six suspects, including Nef Chairman of the Board and former Galatasaray deputy chairman Erden Timur, were referred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan as part of an investigation conducted in Istanbul.

Among those referred were Turkish Football Federation Director of External Relations and National Teams Buğra Cem İmamoğulları and Eyüpspor Vice President Fatih Kulaksız.

GALATASARAY AND MATCH-FIXING TOPIC DID NOT COME UP

It was learned that during his statement to the police, Erden Timur was not asked any direct questions regarding Galatasaray or match-fixing allegations.

CLEAR RESPONSE TO VEYSEL ŞAHİN ALLEGATION

Timur stated that he had no personal contact with Veysel Şahin, who is alleged to be an illegal betting baron.

Defending that the sales made within the scope of the Nef13 project were in accordance with market conditions, Timur stated that title deed transfers were halted following information received in 2017 and that the relevant documents would be submitted to the prosecutor's office.

DEFENSE REGARDING THE MASAK REPORT

Addressing the money movements mentioned in the MASAK report, Timur stated that these transactions were related to installment payments and the high-volume sales routine of the companies.

He argued that some transfers took place within the scope of debt-receivable relationships, gold trading, and international project consultancy.

Including in his statement a real estate discussion that took place during the process with Eyüpspor President Murat Özkaya and the subsequent return-execution-settlement protocol, Timur denied all accusations, stating that he had no connection to the Derkan Başer allegation.

DISCLOSED HIS MONTHLY INCOME

Timur's declaration regarding his monthly income was also included in his police statement. Accordingly, Erden Timur reported that his monthly income is 4 million lira.

"I DO NOT HAVE A SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT"

Stating that he does not use social media, Timur said, "The Instagram account with the username 'etimurofficial' does not belong to me. I have not had any social media account that I have used for 13-14 years."
