Data from a new survey conducted by the Center for Social Impact Studies (TEAM) on February 20 has been shared with the public.

In the research, the shift in vote shares between İmamoğlu and Erdoğan after the distribution of undecided voters' votes drew attention. While the name at the top of the list reached a 54.1 percent vote share, it was observed that the candidate in second place remained at the 38.6 percent level.

According to information provided by Halk TV columnist İsmail Saymaz, the question "Do you think there should be an early election?" was asked within the scope of the survey.

While 59 percent of participants supported holding an early election, 34 percent opposed it, and 7 percent stated they were undecided.

When evaluated on a party basis, 87 percent of CHP voters, 78 percent of DEM voters, 65 percent of Zafer Party voters, 28 percent of MHP voters, and 21 percent of AK Party voters expressed that an early election should be held.

If an early election were to take place, 65.4 percent of participants hope that Erdoğan would lose, while 34.6 percent hope he would win.

CHP'S PRIMARY ELECTION DECISION

The party's decision to hold a primary election to determine its presidential candidate has also resonated widely with the public. According to the poll, while 59 percent of participants support this decision, 41 percent remain distant.
