New information has been reached in the investigation into Maydonoz Döner, which began operations in 2018 and was identified as one of the financial sources of FETÖ. It was determined that the company provided partnerships for FETÖ members through a "reference" system and offered financial support to members of the organization.

FETÖ-LINKED FORMER CAPTAIN WAS PREPARING TO FLEE

It was revealed that former captain Levent Doğan, who managed the branches in Antalya, was among the soldiers who participated in the coup attempt and had been in hiding despite a 7-year and 6-month prison sentence. During the search of the safe house where Doğan was captured following technical surveillance by the police, documents proving the connection between Maydonoz Döner and FETÖ were seized.

HE FILLED OUT A SPECIAL FORM FOR HIS ESCAPE

Examinations of his mobile phone revealed that Doğan was planning his escape. It was determined that FETÖ had prepared a special form for its members who would flee abroad and that this form was transmitted via the internet. It was revealed that the codename Doğan used on the form was "Oğuz" and that he had prepared 10 thousand euros for his escape.

According to the documents, Levent Doğan was in contact with the organization's overseas managers, codenamed Ali and M. Salih, regarding his escape plan. Furthermore, it was determined that he provided the name of fugitive military secret imam Ersin Hançerli as an organizational reference.
