Found dead in his home in Ankara: Cause of death for Roketsan engineer determined!

A new development has occurred in the investigation into the death of Roketsan software engineer Yusuf Serdar Yücel, who was found dead in his home in Ankara's Yenimahalle district.

On the day of the incident, his friends notified his family and the police after being unable to reach him for a long time.

Police and medical teams, who entered the home with the help of a locksmith, discovered Yücel's lifeless body. Initial examinations suggested that the young engineer had ended his own life by ingesting a chemical substance.

CAUSE OF DEATH DETERMINED

According to a report by Sabah, it has been confirmed that the cause of death for 25-year-old Yücel was chemical poisoning.

As a result of the forensic medical examination, it was determined that Yücel's death was caused by sodium nitrate poisoning.

Authorities determined during the examination of the young engineer's phone that he had conducted searches on the internet regarding "suicide methods and lethal chemicals" prior to his death.

While the investigation into the incident has been concluded, it was learned that no suspicious circumstances were found regarding Yücel's death.
