"ASSETS BELONG TO THE COMMUNITY", "DEEDS ARE IN INDIVIDUALS' NAMES"

Saki Elhüseyni, in his position as the current leader, argues that all of Menzil's real estate is "community property" and states that these properties cannot be considered inheritance.

However, his brothers Mübarek and Fettah Elhüseyni point out that the deeds are registered in the names of individuals or companies, and therefore are legally subject to inheritance. This disagreement has taken the matter to court.

"SECULARISM" EMPHASIS FROM SECT MEMBERS

The legal struggle between the parties has also brought the debate on secularism into a court case file in Çorum. In response to Saki Elhüseyni's defense that "the real estate belongs to all Muslims," the other brothers cited the Law No. 677 on the Closure of Dervish Convents and Tombs, enacted in 1924, stating that property rights for such structures must be evaluated within the secular legal system.

NEW SECT VILLAGE ALLEGATION: MARMARA IS THE TARGET

It has been alleged that Mübarek Elhüseyni, who is claimed to have been distanced from the sect, has begun preparations to establish a new "sect village" in the Marmara Region.

It is stated that he has been holding meetings in some dervish lodges in Europe and collecting donations for this initiative. Although there is no clear information regarding the location of the new settlement, Istanbul and its surroundings are being considered.

SPLIT INTO THREE THROUGH FOUNDATIONS

The sect is now divided into three separate groups:

The group loyal to Saki Elhüseyni is gathering around the Serhendi Foundation.

The group loyal to Mübarek Elhüseyni is operating under the umbrella of the Gucdevan Foundation.

Fettah Elhüseyni has established a separate structure with the Semerkand Foundation.

It is alleged that the Gucdevan and Semerkand groups are acting in alliance against the Serhendi group.
