Instruction received from Erdoğan: That scandal will be investigated!

Upon the instructions of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the State Supervisory Council (DDK) has launched an investigation into the fake e-signature scandal. Korkusuz newspaper columnist Can Coşkun wrote about the striking details of the incident in his column today. 

Coşkun stated that as the depths of the scandal are explored, much broader connections will emerge.

As noted in Can Coşkun's article, President Erdoğan realized that the issue was much more complex and wide-ranging after following the reports in the press. 

Coşkun reported that following these developments, Erdoğan instructed the DDK to request a report. The content of the report revealed that the scandal was not limited to fake signatures and diplomas, but that a much deeper structure was involved.

INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO THE DDK

Following the report, the State Supervisory Council (DDK) took up the investigation of the fake e-signature scandal under Erdoğan's instructions. It was announced that the investigation conducted by the DDK aims to protect trust in public services, prevent abuses, and combat illegalities. It was emphasized that this process could also lead to the exposure of potential irregularities that may occur in public institutions.

"THE UNSEEN FACE OF A MAJOR SCANDAL"

Coşkun stated in his column that only the visible part of this scandal has emerged so far, using the phrase, "A journey to the unseen face of the iceberg will begin." It is anticipated that the scandal could draw in more public officials and public institutions, and that its scope will gradually expand. Coşkun also expressed that "new waves of operations will begin in the coming days and more connections will be revealed during this process."

Finally, Coşkun stated that the process initiated by President Erdoğan's instructionscould lead to a much larger operational process in thefuture.
