Is 87-year-old İnan Kıraç of sound mind? He will appear before a psychiatric board

İnan Kıraç, an 87-year-old former executive at Koç Holding, married Emine Alangoya on December 24, 2024.

In response, Kıraç's daughter, İpek Kıraç, filed a lawsuit through her lawyer at the Istanbul Anatolian 18th Family Court, requesting the "annulment of the marriage."

In the petition submitted to the court, İpek Kıraç alleged that her 87-year-old father, İnan Kıraç, is not of sound mind and that the marriage was realized by taking advantage of this situation. Kıraç requested that a legal guardian be appointed for her father.

COURT ACCEPTED THE REQUEST

In this context, İpek Kıraç's complaint petition was accepted by the court. The first hearing of the guardianship case will be held on March 12.

Until the hearing date, İnan Kıraç will go to the Council of Forensic Medicine to undergo an examination.

APPEARED BEFORE THE BOARD

A new development has occurred in the "annulment of marriage" case. According to a report by Odatv, İnan Kıraç, the owner of Kıraça Holding, appeared on Wednesday, January 29, before the psychiatric board at the Council of Forensic Medicine, which will prepare a report on whether he is of sound mind as part of the lawsuit.
