Reminding that previous requests for release were rejected, Barım's lawyers have applied to the Istanbul 26th High Criminal Court once again in light of new medical reports.

PANEL OF 9 EXPERTS DECLARED "VITAL RISK"

The report dated July 2, prepared by a panel of 9 specialist physicians who examined Barım at Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital following a referral by the court, officially revealed the life-threatening condition of the manager.

The lawyers submitted the report to the court and requested her release, including the following statements:

"There is no next stage for her health problems, which carry a vital risk. In the event of a sudden development, intervention in prison may be insufficient. This delay could lead to permanent damage or death."

PACEMAKER NOT INSTALLED, DANGER GROWS

In the petition, which stated that a permanent pacemaker (Pace Maker ICD) needs to be installed for Barım, it was emphasized that sudden cardiac arrest could occur at any moment. "Such devices are used to prevent sudden cardiac arrests. However, this device has not yet been placed in our client's body, and she is at risk of losing her life at any moment," it was stated.

FAINTED 4 TIMES IN 1 MONTH IN PRISON

Among the grounds for release, the most striking was the fainting spells Barım experienced in prison. According to the information in the petition, the famous manager lost consciousness 4 times in just one month. In one of these instances, prison officers were able to intervene in time, but the lawyers reminded of the magnitude of the risk by saying, "there may not be the same chance of intervention during the next fainting spell."
