Lawyer announces: Yüksel Güran's phone and internet records from the day of the murder have emerged! Will the secret of the murder be solved?

8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21, 2024, in Tavşantepe village in the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır, was found dead 19 days later in the Eğertutmaz Stream, 1.5 kilometers away from her home.

As part of the investigation into the incident, a lawsuit was filed against mother Yüksel Güran, brother Enes Güran, uncle Salim Güran, and neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar on charges of "jointly committing the murder of a child."

A verdict was reached on December 28, 2024, in the case heard at the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court. The court sentenced mother Yüksel Güran, brother Enes Güran, and uncle Salim Güran to aggravated life imprisonment. Nevzat Bahtiyar, who claimed that he received Narin's body from uncle Salim Güran after the murder and took it to the Eğertutmaz Stream, was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison for "concealing and destroying evidence."

MOTHER YÜKSEL GÜRAN'S PHONE RECORDS HAVE EMERGED

A new development has occurred regarding the case. Mother Yüksel Güran's lawyer, Yılmaz Demiroğlu, shared his client's phone and internet records from the day of the murder on social media. In his statement, lawyer Demiroğlu said, "No suspicious activity or findings belonging to someone who learned of or knew about the murder were detected in the phone content."

The records were shared by Yüksel Güran's lawyer, Yılmaz Demiroğlu. In a post on his social media account, Attorney Demiroğlu stated the following:

"It is seen that she called the number saved as Hediye in the phone contacts at 09:39 (to take the laundry), called Hediye again at 19:30 on the same day (to ask if Narin was there), that there were no call records or unusual activity between 13:55 and 16:46 on the day of the incident, that the PUBG Mobile game was opened on her phone as of 15:04 and played intermittently (activity belonging to little Eren), that she connected for internet sharing with the password Enes 2121 at 15:42, that she connected to headphones named AirPods Pro via Bluetooth at 16:01, that the music application was started at 16:02, and that the main phone call activity began from 19:30 onwards.

No suspicious activity/findings belonging to someone who learned of or knew about the murder were detected in the phone content. On the contrary, it is seen that applications such as games and music were used, and as she stated in her defense, she was asleep during the critical hours and there was no intense activity such as calling, being called, or messaging."
