According to the announcement on the institution's website, the investigation launched into the allegations that the aforementioned enterprises violated the Law on the Protection of Competition by exchanging competitively sensitive information, such as future sales prices, has been concluded.
The Board decided that administrative fines should be imposed on the two mentioned enterprises for violating the relevant law.
In this context, an administrative fine of 21 million 106 thousand 470 TL was imposed on Erikli, and 4 million 877 thousand 401 TL on Pınar Su.
