36-year-old architect Ece Gürel had gone missing after going for a walk in the Belgrade Forest. After a four-day search operation, Gürel was found alive and rushed to the hospital.

It was determined that Gürel suffered from hypothermia due to being exposed to the cold for a long time, and her heart had stopped for a period during her treatment.

After medical intervention, Gürel was resuscitated, intubated, and admitted to the intensive care unit.
