New detail in Ayşe Barım investigation: Luxury villa revealed! 1.2 million payment draws attention

New developments are taking place in the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into Ayşe Barım, who manages numerous well-known actors.

The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has launched a comprehensive investigation into Barım's assets. In this context, instructions have been given to the relevant authorities to determine Barım's exact address information and to examine her real estate properties.

LUXURY VILLA IN THE KAZ MOUNTAINS DRAWS ATTENTION

One of the most notable points within the scope of the investigation is the luxury villa in the Kaz Mountains, which is stated to belong to Barım. Gendarmerie teams have begun collecting comprehensive information regarding the ownership status, rental relationships, and payment methods of the plots where the villa is located.

1.2 MILLION LIRA CASH PAYMENT REVEALED

According to information reported by Sabah Newspaper, it was determined that Barım rented the land where the villa is located approximately 4 years ago for a 6-year period and delivered the 1 million 200 thousand lira rental fee in cash without any contract.

This situation has raised the possibility that financial transactions may have been conducted outside the legal framework.

LANDLORD SHARED DETAILS

In a phone call made by the Ayvacık Central Gendarmerie Station Command on April 13, a person named Ayşe H. stated that Barım rented the real estate located in the Ayvacık district for 6 years and paid a total of 1.2 million lira.

During the call, it was stated that no rental contract was made and that the payments were carried out entirely in cash and unofficially.

FINANCIAL RESOURCES UNDER SCRUTINY

The high-amount payments made in cash and without records have made a detailed examination of Barım's financial resources mandatory. Within the scope of the investigation, the source of this money and potential tax violations will also be investigated.
